Fitness Friday #Linkup #BlogHop - Tips to Find Time for Fitness for Busy Moms

Let's face it we are all busy chasing after our kids, taking care of our husbands and  homes. The most challenging thing moms face is making time for themselves.  Below are a few tips that will help you find time for fitness.

1. Schedule it.

My life revolves around my calendar. If it isn't on the calendar it will not get done.  Pick 5 days out of your week and schedule a 30 minute work out for those days. Then stick with it!

2. Reward yourself.

Pick something that you will look forward to. If you work out all five days reward yourself with a trip to the nail salon, a new dress, shoes or something else that you enjoy.

3. Communicate to other family members.

Let your husband know that you need to workout for a half an hour five days a week.  Ask him if he'll watch the kids during those times. Or tell your children that Mom needs to work out. Involve them in your fitness routine.  Small children love exercising with their moms.

Once you establish a routine stick with it! You will feel better about yourself and get closer to your health and fitness goals.
